After a lot of hard work and sleepless nights we are proud to present our first collection of high quality assets exclusive for Unreal Engine 4 the HG Sci-Fi Decals Series. We designed them with existing sci-fi asset packs in mind but you can use them in any theme you wish.
We needed some decals for Project “Origins” but the offerings on the UE4 Marketplace or found in other asset packs were not up to our standards. So we decided to create our own hi quality decals as best as we could. Once we started we couldn’t stop so we ended up with a huge collection of decals. But, we didn’t stop there. We wanted to share the results with you. Did we achieve our goal? Well, you’ll be the judge of that.
The HG Sci-Fi Decals Series is split into four thematic volumes: Arrows & Edges, Circular, Quadrilateral and Square designs. In each volume we added also a full set of English Alphabet, Numerals and symbols using a different typeface in each. That’s not all. Each volume includes three master materials as well. A Differed Decals Material, a DBuffer Decals Material and a Material in the User Interface Domain so you can use the decals with widgets as UI elements.
The decals can be used on very small surfaces, such as buttons on a keypad or on huge surfaces like a hangar floor. Your imagination is the limit, use them to create a fictional alien language, as tattoos on your characters or even as UI elements on an alien device. That’s why all the textures come in five different sizes from 512 x 512 to 4096 x 4096. We took extra care to make your purchase of all four volumes as painless as possible. All four volumes once purchased and installed can be found inside one folder to keep things tidy in your Content Browser inside the Unreal Engine Editor. HG Sci-Fi Decals Volume 1
The HG Sci-Fi Decals Vol. 1 asset pack comes with 138 Arrow and Edge hi quality decals of various designs. As a bonus you’ll get a full set of English Alphabet, Numerals and symbols using the Helios typeface.
HG Sci-Fi Decals Volume 2
The HG Sci-Fi Decals Vol. 2 asset pack comes with 178 Circular hi quality decals of various designs. As a bonus you’ll get a full set of English Alphabet, Numerals and symbols using the Hyperion typeface.
HG Sci-Fi Decals Volume 3
The HG Sci-Fi Decals Vol. 3 asset pack comes with 107 Quadrilateral hi quality decals of various designs. As a bonus you’ll get a full set of English Alphabet, Numerals and symbols using the Centauri typeface.
HG Sci-Fi Decals Volume 4
The HG Sci-Fi Decals Vol. 4 asset pack comes with 96 Square hi quality decals of various designs. As a bonus you’ll get a and full set of English Alphabet, Numerals and symbols using the Orbitron typeface.
HG Sci-Fi Decals Bundle
The HG Sci-Fi Decals Bundle comes with all of the above decals and typefaces plus two extra typefaces – Solaris and Xolonium – increasing the number of decals to a total of 2948.
